Privacy notice

nutropractic.com is run by FFS Wellness LLP, India, the Data Fiduciary (under the GDPR, the controller) for the personal data you give this website. This notice says what we keep, why, for how long, who helps us, and how you can see, correct or delete it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the European Union and the UK, the GDPR.
What we keep and why

A health question you write to us is sensitive: only Dr. Triveni reads it, and only to answer you. We don't sell or rent personal data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you. The free tools run in your browser; what you type in them stays on your device.
Why we may use it. Forms, bookings and payments: you give the data to get the service you ask for (a specified legitimate use under the DPDP Act; a contract under the GDPR), and payment records because the law requires them. The newsletter: your consent, given by confirming the link we email you.
Cookies
We set no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Visit counts use no cookie and no stored IP address. The email check and comments under articles keep a sign-in in your browser only after you sign in.
Your rights
- See your data: a summary of what we keep about you and who we shared it with.
- Correct, complete or update it.
- Delete it: everything except what the law makes us keep (payment records).
- Withdraw consent as easily as you gave it: the unsubscribe link in every newsletter, or Privacy choices.
- Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or can't act yourself.
- Complain:to us first (below); if you're not happy with our answer, to the Data Protection Board of India, or in the EU or UK to your data protection authority.
The quickest way is Privacy choices: download your data, delete it, or change your email preferences. You confirm each request with a code sent to your email, and a deletion waits 7 days so you can cancel it.

Your data is stored outside India, on servers in the USA and Germany. We protect it with encrypted connections, access only for the people who need it, and backups.
Children
This website is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Changes
We put changes on this page with a new date. If a change affects your consent, we ask again.
